I was wondering how many % can the Hondata Boost Solenoid go above the rated wastegate spring? I been told from anywhere to 100% to 300% safely....

It depends on the turbo back pressure, wastegate valve size, diaphram size and pressure source. Generally 2-4 times the spring pressure is possible.

I have a 3PSI spring in my TIAL wastegate.
0% = 3PSI
40%= 6PSI
60% = 10PSI
70% = 13PSI
80% = 20PSI
