Program problem?

Hi
I'm not too sure if this problem can be fixed on here, or if in fact it is a problem or just a wrong program. But if someone has a bright idea I am only too glad to try it.
The long story starts:
I have a pretty modified n/a K24 (321hp at the hubs) in a EK Civic it has pretty big cams and TWM 54mm quads etc, etc. It was originally tuned on map sensor as I had problems getting 100% throttle (it turned out to be a problem with the pedal bracket, all sorted now). The tune on map seems to be ok but it was done reasonably conservatly and had a poor low to mid range on the street, but was good for the drags which is where it spends most of it's time. It has no real dramas idles fine runs good etc. But the tuner (who I trust) suggested once I had sorted out the throttle problem it would be better tuned on TPS and the mid range tidied up etc.
So I sorted the throttle out and took it to another tuner (my previous tuner is around 900km's + a 3 hour boat trip from where I live, each way) so I was keen to try a tuner closer to home.
I had a friend suggest a tuner that was closer and we went with him, not too many dramas, just different I spose.
The car was tuned on TPS and for a start didn’t idle too well so it went back on the dyno and they sorted it out and it idled going on the trailer, idled getting off the trailer, idled no worries when my mate drove it around his companies car park, it went back on the trailer no problems, took it off the trailer at the track no problems, drove into our pit space and idled away no problem.
Then I took the copy of the program the tuner gave me for the car and set the launch controller and up loaded it to the car, then cranked over the car and it wouldn’t idle! I tried putting the program back in straight from the memory stick and still no idle (just like it was before they tidied it up). I got the tuner to email me the program just to make sure it hadn’t been corrupted on the memory stick and up loaded it again, it still wouldn’t idle. Bugger! The tuner has told me that he defiantly sent me the final tune that was in the car when the idle was fine.
I uploaded the original map sensor tune back into the car and it idled no problem at all, which suggests to me that there is no problem with the car (maybe?).
So the question is: does anyone have any idea what the problem could be, or any suggestions on anything I could try to put it right and it get it to idle on TPS again.
I don’t have a data log of the problem but I can try and attach a copy of the program if that helps.
Thank you for your help.
