need smanager software

needing software for smanager for s300..had to clean my hard drive and start over. i tryed to download the 1-3-8 but keeps saying access denied? can anyone help...thanks

i have avg even if i turn it off it still wont let me install? i dont know whats its doing..it let me install it before i cleaned my hard drive and started over

Uninstall AVG.

uninstall avg and everything works. thank you for your help
