KManager communication problem

I have a K-swapped Frank(K20/K24) EK Civic with KPro. I'm using the rsx-cold air calibration with a couple things changed but nothing major. When I was running Kmanager on my MacBook, everything was fine. I've recently installed a computer I built running Windows XP...After many hours of torture my problem boils down to this:

When car is not running but key is in the on position: Kmanager recognizes the ECU, I can upload calibrations successfully, the TPS sensor changes numbers when I push the pedal down, etc. I try to start my car and Kmanager no longer sees the ECU; I can't upload, I can't datalog, it's as if there is no ECU connected. I've updated the USB drivers, I've cleared the security, when I test the USB drivers it says there is an error, unsuccessfully tries to make the ECU work then gives me a bunch of directions which I've followed to the T about 8 times and with the same results.

I have an error code saying ELD High Circuit Voltage, however, I've had that since I first finished the swap and Kmanager still worked on my MacBook even with that error and the car running. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

I made sure to put the right plugs in when I put the engine in. Plus, it probably wouldn't work with my Mac if the plugs were the problem. Any other suggestions?

Some laptops may be more susceptible to interference than others. It may still be your spark plugs that are causing the problem. Also if this is an engine swap or has a wire tuck then that will also cause interference. What is the part number of your spark plugs?
