H22A7 immobilizer problem

Post by HELLRAZR »

around a year ago, i came across a 99 Accord Type R front end at a local junk yard, the guy didn't know what it was and since no one wanted it, i bought it for very cheap. the h22a7 that came out of it was installed on my CRX. after installing everything the immobilizer wouldn't allow the car to start, keeping in mind that i swapped the key cylinder with the one from the ATR i have the original key and spare, and the immobilizer unit that came with the car along with the entire wiring, all were swaped into the rex. it's been a year now trying to find someone to solve that problem and nothing just a bunch of bogus companies in eastern europe and a bunch of chips that don't work.

does hondata have anything that could possibly solve my problem?
what are the options for that ECU or replacements for that matter...

thanks

We do not offer anythign for OBD2 ECUs. If you use an OBD1 ECU with a Hondata system, the immobilizer is not used.
