I am trying to get my new lap top to communicate with my S300.

When I load the software and drivers is comes up with:
The file "ftibus.sys" on Smanager Installation Directory is needed.

and it can not be located on the CD rom (or c:) drive.

Any suggestions?

PS The lap top has XP professional & 1G RAM i.e. its not a vista issue.

In Smanager, go to Help, Contents, under s300 installation, you will find installing USB drivers. Make sure you choose the one for your operating system and follow the instruction. It is very important that you follow the steps EXACTLY, or it will not work
