I have a p72 obd1 s300. I bought it used locally from a running car.

LEDS dont flash, ive used two different laptops none of them can connect, used two different serial/usb cables, Ive tried connecting to s300 in three different cars, ive pulled the ecu apart and checked the solders and socketing everything looks good, I still cant download new calibrations. I cant access anything!

serial # is s300-0561

Im tired of looking on the forums and contacting dealers for information just to get the run around in return. I would like an honest answer on what to do, or where to send the ecu, just so I can drive my car in peace!

When you say you used different serial/usb cables what do you mean? The s300 does not use a serial connection.

What verison of software are you using from Help, About? You also say you cannot download from the ECU, but what happens when you go to File, New and open a new calibration and try to Upload it to the ECU?

I havent tried that yet. I just tried to upload calibrations already in ecu. I will try that and let you know. thanks!
