wideband or lambda?

ok I've had my car down for like 2 years and just updated to the new s300 that's out now and I see that the upgrade included changing lambda and the 02 feed?

what settings should I be using now? I have the innovate LM1 and my hondata is reading 10.0 on the a/f and but my a/f gauge to the LM1 is reading 14.7 ish. what do I have to do to make the hondata read the LM1

and is the hondata reading the stock 02 or the aftermarket LM1? my stock I've always had just to the side when I have the car set up all motor because I don't have another bung on the header. I've always just ran off of the LM1 when the hondata use to read it. thanks for any help!
