Problem running Kmanager

I went ahead and downloaded Kmanager, and my AVG detects it as a virus. When I double-click on the icon, a box pops up saying:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
I tried ignoring the warning, but it still won't let me open the program. I am running Windows Vista 32 bit. Any ideas?
