07 Si reflash + stock car

im currently in the process of changing my car back to stock because i got pulled over by the cops and now im being sent to the state ref., but i wanted to know would i be alright running the reflash with the whole care being stock? Also i would only be like this for how ever long the inspection takes.

reflash should not interfere with an inspection

i know the reflash wont be detected but i just basically want to know would i be able to run the car 100% stock except for the reflash?

Yes. You need to find out if the ref checks the calibration ID or CVN, as these will be different from stock.
