Body Shop Reset Airbag System, IMMOBILIZER down?

I got my car back from the shop last night, and after 15 mins. of putting on different maps trying to get my DC5 started, I realized that something was up with the immobilizer and I had to disable it on my new map. I have KPRO

I won't be able to get them to fix it until the open on Monday, but I was wondering if anyone had any input on how I could troubleshoot this myself and get my Immobilizer back up.

What do you think they might have messed with while reseting the air-bag system?

Any input would be appreciated, Thanks!
