Upgrade duty cycle

Post by burtcrx »

Hi, I run a 2.4 turbo(t3/t4)8psi and I tried the k23RDX fuel injectors 410cc... theyre too small but summer ends soon, id like to know in which window can I upgrade the duty cycle of my injectors...or if you have a new pre-made setup thank you...and at what about should I upgrade it( 90%)?

Thank you

The fuel injector duty cycle is the percentage of time the injector is supplied with power. its calculated by this formula:

injector pulse width (ms)
------------------------------------- = fuel injector duty cycle (%)
time the engine takes to
complete 2 revolutions (ms)

So with the Kmanager, when you increase a value on the fuel tables, it increases the pulse width/duty cycle.

It is recommended not to exceed 80% duty cycle. You need 550cc injectors for your setup.
