At the race track yesterday, I started to get very high amount of knocks counts. I am not sure what is causing this. But when I started the car it sounded like a map sensor being bad or something odd not enough fuel pressure. Somehow.. I was bummed out because of NO CEL codes, it just happened. Checked around the engine bay checked fuel pressure all was good. Strange.

Luckily, I had my laptop so I re-upload the cal and it was fine after that. But now, I am getting a high amount of knock counts now. Fuel ratio is same as before. Only thing is that I updated the software to the newest version for kmanager.

Anybody notice this..? Might be an isolated issue but I thought I ask. Is there a bug with the new update?

I will further look into this issue later on and report back if this goes away..this is on a tsx engine. with my tune I had 0 knock counts before might be something changed in the software which is what I can think of. besides that engine is running fine with any problems..

I suspect I had the same problem. I always use Shell V-Power. During the oil refinery strike near us, my car started knocking heavily which in turn fouled my spark plugs. Changed the spark plugs a few weeks later, fresh tank of fuel and all fine again. Try and claim a ?80 set of plugs from Shell!
