PRA ECU - SPLUTTERING / RUNNING LUMPY IN CLOSED LOOP

What could cause my car to splutter when accelerating whilst in closed loop? It is fine when it switches to open loop and runs on the calibration.
I recently attempted to use an Innovate LC-1 narrowband output to replace the stock PO2 sensor. This didn't work well at all. I had to cut the PO2 sensor wire to the ECU to connect the LC-1 narrowband output to (Pin A6 on PRA ECU). I have reconnected this cable to allow the stock sensor to function again but since then the car runs lumpy when accelerating whilst in closed loop. It is almost like connecting the LC-1 has effected something and it has not recovered once removing it.
I have attached a short datalog where this problem occurs. I'm sure it was running lumpy from the start of the datalog. The ELD pin voltages need the following conversions to give the correct AFR values:
1.333 7.350
1.958 10.358
2.681 13.366
3.413 16.374
4.145 19.382
4.853 22.390
4.9946 22.9916
Any help would be great!
