Stock Fuel Pressure

Post by shinociv »

What fuel pressure should my car be set at for Hondata Base Maps I'm comparing the P30 and P72 base maps.

Also a related question, is there any body that can tell me why a P72 base map has a shorter injector duration(about 14ms peak) than a P30 base map(about 17ms peak)? The GSR has higher fuel pressure but .2 more displacement?? The duty cycles are also lower for the P72 map.

Thanks,

stock fuel pressure is between 30-38 psi (or at least that's what my mitchell on demand software says)

i keep mine at 38 psi but i dyno tuned my car and have 330 injectors as well

the fuel pressure all depends on how much fuel your specific application needs.. but if its a stock map, i'd guess you need a stock setting..

datalog your car to check your injector duty cycle and try to keep it from going over 80%
