Debug error when trying to open V1.2.8

I just uploaded the newest version and get this error. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? I'm running Windows XP pro. Thanks

Ensure that you have run all the Windows updates. If you still get the problem then check that post screenshots of the process list from task manager, and the services list from administrative tools.
