Hello, does anyone has a base calibration for a JDM K20A with Blueprint Stage 2 cams, or which calibration should I use? thanks

use the stock one or IPS, and tune it completly on the dyno

Have tried with the ITR base map but it was worse than with the OE cams, tuning it only pulls 190whp, and with the OE cams did 208whp. After a few hours changing the cam angles (lower) it did pull like with OE cams all the way to 8000rpm and pull 214whp only at 8100-8500rpm !! This is not what I expected from a stage 2 cam... Can anyone please check my calibrations please, or there's a specific cam angle for these cams... :?

Here is the dyno chart, blue with OE cams and red with Blueprint 2 cams. (there is no difference at all...)

Sorry, I didn't datalogged any run, I was using the dyno's wideband, and it did 13.1-13.0 all the way from 5000-8500rpm

Did you try to go to 45 degrees from 2.5 to 6k to see if you could have power gains?

Did you try with VTC lock ?

2-3 runs at each cams settings 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 and see what happens

i had the same problem , i ran a set of brian crower stage 2 cams for about 2k miles. car had less power with them than with stock type s cams , seemed no matter what i did , was no gains. so i finally decided to take them out and put stock ones back in. im so glad i did , cause one of the lobes on the intake cam was wore rght down , badly. and one of my rocker arms , one mind you , was tapping on the top of the retainer slowly chewing it away , taking nibbles. it seems to me , FOR THE MOST PART MOND YOU , all aftermarket companys want is your money. the quality of parts they sell you , pales in comparison to OEM stuff. thought id share. nothing like wasting 1000 dollars on cams and valvetrain.
