To start i just bought this car like a week ago. worked fine.Ok so this morning i connected my hondata to my laptop download the calibrations from the ecu to see what was set in the parameters. I noticed the VTEC wasnt enabled so i enabled it. also noticed the rev limit was at 39000(yes 39000) so i dropped it down to 8200. i saw some error codes so i went up to online and cleared dtcs. i uploaded the new calibrations and BOOM! wont start. it cranks but it wont start. so i downloaded it again and put everything back where it was and still no go.

I dont know how to do the calibrations attachment so ill just type it.

overall fuel trim -100%??? No wonder it will not start this map is no good all over the place. You are going to have to start over with a fresh map! Hope this helps.

If you are unsure of what you are doing and do not have a wideband to properly adjust the AF, then you need to contact your tuner and ask them to help you create a basemap to get it to the dyno or you should tow the car there to avoid damaging your engine.

ok well i downloaded the type r n/a calibration with 550 injectors and it started right up. i ran it around the block below 4000rpm i didnt here no knocking and no bogging and no error codes.the temp was normal. it felt like it ran just fine. so i think i will take it to my local tuner. (dennis from ldl las vegas) had to give him some props cuz he's the best in vegas. thanx everyone for your input.
