I have a timing flucuation. Mostly during warm-up, light load. I can feel it when it happens, sounds like a gurggle, slight hesitation can be felt too. It is not as noticeable when warmed up or during wot.

I have CAI, RBC intake, Maxbored TB, RDX injectors, RH, Cat back EX, Dry NO2 Kit, 50 shot.

I am seeing an ignition fluctuation on my datalog.
My issue is that the engine has a hesitation, stutter. mostly noticed when cold, although its still apparent after warm up. It seems to be at light load, part throttle mostly. When holding a steady rpm, around 3k it will gurggle and stutter for a brief moment and then be fine, then again a few seconds later. If I accelerate from that rpm or am under a load, giong up an incline, it seems better. Have not noticed it during WOT conditions.

Yes, there is a timing variation. Update KManager - I believe that this was fixed several versions ago.

Same issue raising its ugly head. All seemed well at first, but I am seeing/feeling the same issue again.
This morning I cleared security and uploaded my the calibration and datalogged the same issue that I showed a few posts up.
Is there any other explanation why this might occur. Please help. I have a S/C install planned soon and would like to take care of this issue.

Can you post a datalog of the problem with the most recent KManager?

Here is the latest calibration and datalog

It appears to be caused by a small rapid change in the TPS signal. Check all wiring for damage, check the manifold ground is good. It that looks ok, first replace the TPS then swap back to a stock throttle body to eliminate these as the cause. We have also seen erratic TPS sensor readings from stiff engine mounts / dampners.

I will check the wiring and grounds. I will also datalog with the cruise control on to eliminate the human element, when the car stumbles I tend to move the pedal. Also the datalog shows the issue even when the tps is steady.

There is a problem with the TPS signal which shows very small rapid changes in the TPS, which correlate to the ignition problem. I doubt using cruise control will not make any difference. Follow the steps above.
