Tuning in Hawaii - 4B SOHC with JRSC

I have a 92 SI with SOHC and JRSC that needs tuning.

The car has a Endyn built D16Z bottom end and ported Y-7 (non-vtec conversion) The car came with a 4B setup with ROM editor and datatlogging software/hardware. The car runs poorly and won't rev past 5000 rpm.

The car is located in Hawaii and I need to find someone whom can tune the car, as it is not running well. I talked to a couple of performance shops in the island, but no one has done any hondata tuning yet. I am looking for a hondatata professional who is familiar with the JRSC tuning.
The hondata/JRSC package doesn't currently list tunes for a setup similar to what I have.

Are there any Hondata tuners in Hawaii or tuner whom will be visiting the islands soon that can tune my car?

I would also like to know where I can get a hondata S200 tuned here on the Big Island. I hear great things about hondata, but it's not worth it to me here if there is nobody who can tune it.

I also live on Maui and feel left out of the hondata scene, the local speed shop never tuned hondata before says they could probably tune it but i think there all dumb young kids. Where do hawaii tune????????
