Check engine code 11?

I have a 94 hatch with a 2.0 B18c1 84mm Bore LS crank on a Garrett GT35R S300 every once in a while I get a check engine and the code i get is 11. some one said it was a temperature warning... it sound like it can be right because it happens when i rip thru the gears or when i turn of the car and the turbo timer stays when i hoop back in the car after turning it off i get the check engine once i the fan kicks in i turn the car off then back on and its gone....the car runs strong regardless...any one have any ideas what it is?

thru the plug on the passenger side...

You have an s300...use it to datalog and check the error codes.
