I m preparing a new block D16y8 high compression stg 3 and I chose as ecu a HONDATA S300 with conversion of OBD-1...
I would need help and craftiness for the regulation of the engine during the 1st starting up and to make the grinding (max 1500 miles) and then to find the best compromise for a regulation on bench of power.
Here my engine configuration:
- Crower stg 3 cams & Ti springs/retainers,
- Arias dome pistons 75.50mm 11.5:1,
- Eagle Ti connecting rods,
- Supertech nitride valves,
- Skunk 2 intake manifold + Hondata heat shield gasket,
- DC-SPORTS header 4/2/1 ceramic,
- AEM fuel pressure regulator,
- Stock injectors 240cc
- Arospeed adjustable cams pulley,
- Aluminium all others pulleys,
- ITR air box with Spoon filter
- Fidanza 7lbs flywheel,
- Nology hot wire spark plug wire,
- Complete rotating assembly is balanced,
- Head full port/polish, competition valve job
