Calibration - UK PRA with...

Does anybody have a map suitable for these mod's:-
Spoon B-pipe + Magnex BB.
AEM Long arm cold air intake.
Nothing special I know and I have used the civictypertuned map and also modded the rsxcoldair to PRA and that was great midrange but no power at the top end.
Still not got round to having it set up properly at TDI / System R.
