Hondata

I have SManager problems. got a vista laptop and can't get the Hondata to stay with the newer version of SManager? I Uninstalled all the hondata and SManager programs and files and reinstalled the new one from the internet. The SManager will only stay updated with the new version until I turn off the laptop?
