another anti lag ??

on my anti lag i have set @ 300 for fuel enrichment and -25 for timing n still no matter what setting i cant built over 5ibs any help my rpm is set @ 6009 same with the activation for the fuel n timing should i change the rpm to 7 grand and keep the activation the same ?? any tips n clues im running a 81.5mm B16A 8.5.1 comp full-race kit with a BB T3-t67 63 a/r exhuast side 70 turbine i no its a big turbo but iv heird of people hitting 18 psi on BW S372s?? please help
