p72 or p28 better to run skunk2 IM?

if i get a skunk2 intake manifold in my 2001 GSR, would a p72 obd1 or p28 obd1 be better? and which one is better to get it hondata?

i woudl just get a p28 / hondata setup and an obd2 to obd1 conversion harness.

i notice p28 is a SOHC vtec....will hondata program the p28 to make it DOCH vtech?
