COMPLETE B16B BLOCK INTO MY B16A

can a complete B16B Block be mate to my B16A first gen head?. If it can be done, Can my current PW0 ECU run it?

i dont see why not. there are really no electronics involved on the block to worry about.. and b series will bolt to b series.

How about PWO fuel mapping and other engine control system since I'm going to use PWO ECU instead of TYPE R ECU.
