Any process I shoul do before starting my car or connecting ECU?

My mods are:
SRI
ITR Intake manifold with R CREW Plenum
ITR cams and valve train
Jackson Race header
Tanabe Exhaust

any help?

I'd try the k20a itr map first and see how that goes.
