i just blew up my gsr motor! it had a stock bottom end and stock head! but i had a jr supercharger with the 8 psi pulley. lets just say, my timing was th far advanced, and i was running on pumpgas! ooops! well my question is, is a b-20b with a mildly ported gsr head and the same supercharger kit a good setup up? does any one know what the compression ratio is on a b20-b and gsr head combo? ive heard that the bottom ends are pretty bullet proove.

For what? Drag racing? no. Auto-x... mabye. Street? sure, until 70mph or so...

About 10:1 ... I used a 1.9mm head gasket, brought it down to 9.0:1 or less

Uh, no. Not at all. The B20 is the easiest block to bust the seelves in.
