Bad stutter problem at 2000rpm

When doing normal driving I get a BAD rev at around 2000 rpm. It almost feels like I'm coming out of the hole at 4 grand (serious). But if I am more aggressive with the throttle it doesn't happen. Also I have no VTEC.
Just wondering if someone could look at the cal and help me out.

Increase the hot boost cut - it is only 1 psi.

Can you suggest something. My tuner lives 1hr away and I hate to have to call him for something easy to fix.

Yes, increase the hot boost cut to 10 psi. If you still get a cut, post a datalog.

Ended up being the TPS sensor... I recalibrated it and it worked perfect. I still get no VTEC though, I tested the soleniod and its fine as well at the wiring and its all good to go. VTEC worked perfect before hondata... so I'm sure it is something with the program... probably something easy I'm overlooking.
Any help is appreciated.

Between 18-20 seconds it is activating the VTEC solenoid output. Your TPS never goes above 54%.

So it's a TPS problem. Adjustment?
