s300 dont't work at cold engine

While i` m trying to start engine at the morning, the lamp 'check engine' is still displayed. At this moment the motor is working car shake and after that motor is shut down
While doing this, the computer doesnt see hondata and in Hondata the red lamp is active-not green...But after 1-3 minutes hondata s300 starts to work and the green lamp is displayed. The problem occure only trying to start engine in the morning!
Where is problem???

If there is a bad solder joint it is common for this to fail when the ECU is cold, then fix itself when it warms up. First check that the S300 is seated correctly on the pins in the ECU and no pins are bent or broken. Then the next step is to examine the soldering in the ECU and possibly touch up any suspicious joints - what you do here depends on your soldering expertise level and the distance to your dealer.

Something else to consider is the battery voltage when you are cranking. If it is weak it may casue the ecu to not fully power up causing the s300 to be in a "limp" mode.
