ECU mystery.....code 6

I am having serious issues with ECT code 6
i have been trying to fix it for 3 months now
i have a huge write up on honda-tech about it:
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2295619
i own s300, it works great
i have tried all the simple repairs to get rid of this code, and get my engine running correctly, but none of them have worked:
1. replace sensor
2. replce plug
3. run wires straight to ecu (solder and heat shrink)
4. replace plug
5. replace ecu
i cannot fix it
somehow, before the car has even been running
when the engine is cold
i can turn on the ignition, and hook up my lap top to the s300 and immediately the code 6 appears, and the sensor is reading to be 150.9 degrees, when the motor is cold, COLD COLD COLD
even after it gets hot, it still reads 150.9
if i unplug the sensor, and the ecu is not connected to the ECT in anyway, it still reads 150.9 degrees while datalogging
my only idea now, is that somehow 1.2V is traveling through my ECT circuit inside my ecu
could this have to do with my main relay? bad grounds? if you think you can help please read my post on honda tech

i apologize for its length, but i have been working hard on this
thanks for any help
