For the launch and full throttle shift control, it talks about using the same clutch switch for activation. Do you actually need to add a micro-switch, or will it read off the factory clutch switch like the original launch limiter worked? Or did the factory launch limiter just go off of speed? The RSX does have a clutch safety switch, so why wouldn't it read from that? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

if you keep unchecked the new launch limitier (I've suposed it only works with the clutch switch), it don't limit the rpms (the factory limits don't work)

I don't test to enable the new launch limitier and test it such as old launch limitier

I think the old limitier was good but the new implementation sounds too like

Hondata, is posible to have 2 methods of launch limitier? RPM based and clutch switch based and the user choose the bestone for their?

I got the boost/gear all setup in the Hellement last week, what a difference. Now I can actually get it to hook up in first gear. YAY. Thanks Hondata, I went from 14.0s on 6psi to 13.5s on 6 psi,8psi,10psi.

Figured out the launch control. Set your launch limiter to what ever rpm you want. Make sure the No Lift Shift isn't check marked. Then make sure the clutch switch is set to always on. Then set your maximum mph to whatever you want the launch limiter to stop working at. The only catch is that it works whether or not the clutch is pushed in or not. Just like the stock launch limiter. As long as you are below the mph you set the launch control will work. Once you go over that mph the car drives normal.

Here's a pic of my settings:

Bflaker: Have you tried out the full throttle shifts yet?

No. I doubt I will. I'm about to install my dry nitrous setup and you don't want to use No Lift Shift with Nitrous. lol

i have a question about using launch controll. i have a k20 swapped eg civic. i have the 1.2.3.5 version. all wiring for the stock clutch switch is there. i havent touched that.
i used the hybrid racing conversion harness. every thing is running well.
i just dont know which setting to use for my clutch switch so i can actually use my 2 step. which setting should i use? do i use the "always on" setting? do i need to wire in a new switch? and what is the check box that says "invert clutch switch" for?

thanks guys!!

p.s. i live this k pro system. i havent used a hondata ecu since i had a turbo b16 with an obd-0 stage 3 ecu!! many years ago!! its good to be back in the game.
