i have a jdm ITR engine, with 4-2-2-1 header, 3" straight pipe, no cat, AEM V2, 98 octane pump gas.

i used the stock k20a, that map ran way too lean, a/f wouldn't go under 16 at WOT, so i simply increased fuel until the a/f ratios were a little more acceptable throughout the rpm's; the car gained alot of power, but by default is consuming twice as much gas and it's knocking at high rpm's. can someone please take a look and advise me.

i live in Beirut, Lebanon and i am the proud owner of the first and only K-Pro in the country, so as you can imagine no one has a clue how to work with this thing, therefore i have to do everything myself, so please be patient with me.

Enable closed loop and your fuel consumption will decrease.

Try reducing the 'TPS Ingition Retard' values to -100, or as low as you can until the car feels jerky or pings upon tip in. Usually -100 works.

Going off the stock o2, add more fuel between 6000 - 7500 rpm.

Reduce ignition timing at 8000 rpm and above by 2 degrees to start with. It may also want 1-2 degrees less at 7700 rpm.

OK I have supplied a map for you based on your datalog and did pretty much what the above post suggests except I haven't touched the TPS values yet.
Also I see you have 4-2 2-1. Is that a Spoon manifold? If so I'm surprised you gain anything by having your crossover at 3800. I have raised it a bit. Let me know how it feels. In my previous car I had it that low with a Toda mani but when I put standard 4-2 2-1 on it ran crap and just made extra noise at crossover then pulled strong from OEM crossover at 5800.

I don't mind sharing my map with you but you'll still need to tweak it.

Also I have switched you back to closed loop.

Can you do a WOT run from 2k to redline in 3rd or 4th for me?
