Can't Load SManager after update to V 1-3-4

The old version was working for me, but I figured I would get the new version before I went to the dyno this year. Now I can't even open the S300 software. Ack! 
I get the following error in windows every time I try to load S300:
Program Error:
SManager.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error Log is being created.
I have tried uninstall, reinstall several times, and I get the same error every time. This is on a Windows 2000 pro. lap top with nothing but Smanager installed. Any ideas? Is there a place I can get the older version installed??
