car wont start right to rich fouls plugs everytime

every time i start my car i have to race the engine to 3500 rpms till warm or my plugs will foul this all started to happen after i loaded the new hondata software ive been trying to tune it out but no luck yet its been about two months and cant get it to start up and i ive had it running 2 years with no changes then all of a sudden no idle when cold just to rich wide band reads 10 to 1
