OK im new and have a question...
I have a 90 Accord with a 99 F23 V-tec swap.
Q) will a p 61 ecu work in my car, or will i still have to buy a obd0 to obd1 conversion harness?

If your car is already OBD1 then you do not need an adapter harness.
