Hi Hondata

I have just put an B20Vtec in my EG5 93 HB (born with D16Z6). I'm using a P30 with S300, My standart Base map is a stockusP72.

About error 16:
I have changed the fuel pump to a Walbro 255, RC 440 Injectors, and a Sard regulator w Blox gauge, the psi i 42.

I have testet the ohm on the injectors, and all are the same, a little above 12ohm.
I have testet the Positiv wiring to the injectors and all are the same, above 12V
I Have testet the Negativ, from the injectores to the ECU, and I had unplug the wiring to the ECU, and all had a good connection also.
I have testet all the injector wirings to see if some of them have a connecting to eithes other, and I found no error on the wirings.
The engines sound good, and runs on all 4 cylinder, I have cleaned the spark plugs, and had the engine running for about 5min, and all the plugs had the same colour, so it get fuel on every cylinder.
Can it maybe be some noice on the wiring? that I can't messure?

About error 41:
What is normally the reason for that just a dead lambda? Don't want to buy a new, if it's a program error!

I have tried to disable the two errors i s300, and when I have done that, it does't comes with more errors, and the engine runs good.

I have tested all the things I can come up with, please help me.

Hope you understand my English!

Thanks
Rune, Denmark

With that ecu you must disable the injector error as it does not have the circuitry for that. As far as I know the circuitry is there for the o2 heater. You should check your wiring and try swaping in a known good sensor.

Nice, thank you so very much, Have worked with the injectores for 4 days now, so are happy to hear, I just can disable the error.
About the o2 heater, I will find another one to do testing with.

Thank you :D
