Floating Point Division by zero

My laptop broke so i've just installed the software on another laptop, and when i go to connect to my ECU to download my map i get this error.

Does any1 know whats the problem? And how to fix it?

If you get an error when trying to download a calibration from an ecu, then unfortunately you will nto be able to read the calibration. You will just have to upload a new calibration or contact yoru tuner for the original file they used.
