Hondata

Hello, I have a 94 accord, I have the vafc right now, and an fmu. I am installing the 450 dsm injectors and getting the Hondata in a month or so. But, till then I am removing the fmu and installing the injectors. The thing is, I already have the gm 3 bar map sensor ready to go on and I was wondering that if I install it, will my car still run like normal. I mean, does still read like the stock one. Or do I have to wait to install my Hondata s200?

Wait for the Hondata to install the GM 3 Bar...also realize that your DSM 450cc injectors will not work with the Hondata setup... http://hondata.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=432

that post is not entirely true.

I am now using the 450cc DSM injectors with the hondata s200 successfully. I have done this to two other cars and they are now working.

Disconnect the EVAP purge control solenoid and you'll notice the hard starts going away.

As far as hard tuning and other issues, that may be true, But I currently do not have the 300 dollars to upgrade my injectors to 550cc.
However, tuning hasn't been an issue with me yet.
