car bogs/mises

i have a 93 prelude boosted, i bought a p28 w/s200 i read in a post here to reverse pins a6, a11 after looking at the pinouts found that to be false, i have a constant cel 41, it starts fine then begins to bog, if i rev it it clears up for a second and bogs again, i have 880cc inj., 3 bar map, i already had the base map i had burned checked to make sure it was good, i cant figure this out someone please help
