Testing New Fan with S300.

Post by Funbar »

Hey guys.. I've searched on this topic, but I didn't really get an answer for just Test running the fan using S300...

Can you use the Aux Controls and Invert the output for the fan to turn it on?

Cause I tried doing all that and it didn't turn on, So.. I'm thinking I wired in backwards...

Basicly, I'm just asking what is needed to be done in order to Test run/Run the Radiator Fan, using the S300 Program.

You have to make sure that all the parameters are met and that your fanc output is actually connected to the fan.

Wiring a fan backwards will only make it spin the wrong direction. If that is the case just swap the wires.

But also.. is there a way to turn it on without any of that, and without just providing power to the relay/jumping the relay?
