itb setup and cutting out

hi guys. got some ITBS's put on my European ctr ( pra ecu, honadata img, dc shorty header, stock honda cat and spoon b-pipe ) and am having real problems. the tuner put them on and supposedly mapped it all but it runs like crap. im not sure if he has set it up correctly and i dont think by the amount of time he had it on the dyno its mapped correctly. ( will attach his map for someone to look at. )
he has the itbs setup ok they are all balanced etc. he used TPS alpha~n for the mapping but has checked the tick box for ' scale MAP for atmospheric pressure ) . the map sensor is fitted to the slam panel and although plugged it it has no pipes/tubing etc going to it so its just readint the air pressure under the bonnet ( or hood as you say over their) . Ive noticed on his map he hasnt set the MAP values for the throttle been fully open and closed, they are still at 10 and 100 as per the default settings. the throttle pot is the original honda one removed from the stock inlet manifold and is calibrated correctly( ie goes from 0 to 100%). he has knocked of the idle air valve( as its not used) and set the idle rpm to 950. the purge valve is still connect to its wiring plug but is tucked up out of way. the air temp sensor is still connected to my injen cai which i i told him i would take out so technically its just reading the temp under the hood/bonnet.
it will idle ok but the throttle seems to be very poor /lumpy at very low throttle positions. after doing a search on here i see i need more columns and lower tps position resolution down the bottom end to smooth it out. only got the car back yesterday but it runs really poorly. it died 3 times on the way home from his shop. each time it did it was when i had came off the throttle and then it wouldnt rev or take load on it. you could start the engine and it rev it to what you wanted then it would bog down and stall everytime the only way to restart it was to re-upload his map and it would be fine again. drive it a bit and it would die then had to repeat the process of uploading the map again. in the end i had to get him to follow me hthe 12 miles home coz i was sick of it dieing on me. i havent got a laptop so i can really do a datalog as yet but im sure i can find a mate who has one. will post when i get one.
has he set it up right ??? and anyone got any ideas why it keeps cutting out?? i dont want to take it back to him as he hasnt a clue on what hes doing with the kpro so i need as much help as i can get please guys. think its gonna be easier to but a aem uego and map it myself.
