So Cal's finest just gave me the pop

And considering my car is highly-highly modified, I need to know..

Will I have to swap ECUs at the time I take my car to get BAR'd by their referee?

I am not too familiar with the "Set Readiness" Command... or the extensiveness of their tests.

Any-ANY input from Hondata would be greatly appreciated.

I have been told that the K-Pro ECU WILL pass the sniffer test if set to the default .KAL for your engine model.
I have also been told that if there are NO DTC/Trouble codes, the SMOG station will have NO idea about K-Pro. Since when they plug-in the ODBII scanner it only reads for trouble codes.
NOW, if the BAR folks know about K-Pro, they might just have you pull the ECU. If they're smart they will see the USB and Hondata sticker and your screwed.
I do not know what getting "BAR'd" entails. They might just look under the hood for I/H/Ex, motor VIN and such.
If it were me, I would make sure all of the emission stuff was on the car, I would make sure there was as little after market stuff installed as possible and leave K-Pro in and just make sure your not throwing any codes.
My guess is that they don't have the time, manpower or aptitude to look at EVERYTHING.
It's a 50/50 shot IMHO.

Good luck, I hope everything works out OK.
P.S. Hondata prolly can't help you here, I do believe that somewhere there's got to be that little blurb about "For offroad use only!"
