TURBO B18c - Need Help with a MAP

ok, i live in the Cayman Islands, and no one here can tune, and there is no dyno. This is what i have.
JDM 97 ITR b18c bored to a 2.0, darton sleeves, with 9.1:1 wiseco pistons/eagle rods.
Stock JDM ITR head
Elderbrock Manifold, aem fuel rail, and fpr (44psi)
RC 750cc inj
precission t3t4 turbo .50/.63
hondata s300
plx m-300
38mm wastegate
hks ss bov
Can anyone provide me with a map for something like this. I'm learning how to use the hondata slowly. Just need something to start out with 750cc. Please any help is much appreciated. Sux living on a island with no tuners.
