Please help me,

it seems the VTEC on my Euro CTR 2003 is not switching from low to high cam and when I pull hard, I get error P1259 (VTEC system malfunction - oil pressure switch).
I've replaced the oil pressure switch and the oil level is high. Oil filter is new (but not Honda).

The engine has just been turboed:
Engine: K20A2
Turbo kit: GT3076R with custom tubular manifold and 3" DP
Intake manifold: RBC
ECU: PRA
injectors: 750 cc RC
return fuel line with bosch 044 pump
external wideband O2 connected to ELD

Please have a look to my datalog file.

test the ground for continuity for your pressure switch perhaps first. this just started happening after car was put together? or just one day started on its own?

Try following the Helms manual for that error code. You may have a problem with the wiring of your VTP sensor.

I have checked the VTEC and VTP strainers, but they were clean.
I have done twice the Helms troubleshooting procedure for DTC P1259 and I haven't found wiring problems, so in this case the Helms manual says: "update the ECM/PCM if doesn't have the latest software or substitute a known good ECM/PCM".

Could it be a problem with my calibration file or a KPro bug?

Thanks

As per your datalog the ECU thinks it is switching VTEC on, so that's the extend of the ECU diagnosis. Try manually switching VTEC on via jumpering the solenoid. Do this at a very fast idle so that you have at least 35 lbs oil pressure.

Try disabling VTEC Pressure. According to the datalogs you have VTEC working but VTP is not.

Problem solved! It was a broken wire.
Thanks for the help.
