Is it possible to use an auto jdm P72 with Hondata?

Hi i just got attained this jdm auto P72.
It looks really wierd, it doesn't have the spot for the traditional 28pin socket? I've never seen anything like this before.
Is there any adaptor i can use? desolder tat big square chip(looks like obd2) and solder in some adaptor that can fit a 28pin?
Let me know if you guys have ever seen anything like this before, thanks.
