Help with Kpro

Kpro serial number:4904
Vehicle: 2003 Acura RSX-S
ECU type: PRB-A06 ECU
Modifications:HKS muffler, 2.5inch catback system with flowmaster highflow cat, RC-550cc injectors, T3/T4 turbo, intercooler, Evolution wastegate(set @ 10psi), exedy lightened flywheel and stage-1 clutch, orbital yellow top battery, PLX devices wideband/controller/gauge (in place of o2 sensor after the catalytic converter).
Problem:
1) Im getting a P0141 code
2) my aftermarket wideband is reading 18-20 AFR when idling.
she starts right up, im just running max lean at idle and part throttle when driving. the calibration ive attached is the Cybernation motorsport preset that comes with the Kpro, except that I disabled the P1167 and P0134 codes.

At a guess your primary o2 sensor is either disabled, dead or mis-wired.
P0141 is from the secondary o2 sensor not being present. You can disable OBDII error checking to remove this error.

but isnt the P1167 and P0134 disable option so that the ECU wont even look at the secondary o2 sensor?

No, to disable the secondary O2 you must disable OBD2.

You should not have the primary o2 sensor error codes disabled if running in closed loop.

ok i think i figured it out. my when running the sensor display during datalog I see that my primary o2 sensor stays at 10.70:1, it never moves. but when the car dies (which it did everytime i stopped) it would show 14.70:1.
I think my o2 wires are mixed around (dont ask) anyone know where the 2black, white, green wires go on the plug? if that doesnt fix it then im ordering a new primary o2 sensor.
also if my knock threshold is bouncing from 1.6v to 5v what does that mean? I wasnt getting any knock counts and my knock level was staying around 0.1v the whole time.

ok so I went to the dealership and looked through their electrical schematics and got the wiring setup for the stock wideband. found out I had it wired wrong. the only problem is the 2 black wires might still be crossed im not sure. but I do know that now I have NO MIL lights on at all. however at idle im still running real lean, and if I come to a stop my car just dies. its really frikken weird. heres a snapshot of what my o2 sensor a/f and voltage and amp reading is. aside from running too lean. does that look right to anyone?
that snapshot is an average reading when my RSX is at idle.

1.78ms at idle should give about 13:1 AF - I suspect that your short term trim tells the story. It is possible to damage the o2 sensor and/or ECU from mis-wiring.
Get the Helm ETM, look up the diagram for the o2 sensor connector, trace wires based on conductivity not wire color. The difficulty factor is that with the ETM it is important to know which side of which connector you're looking at.

what is this short term and long term trim I keep reading? and where do I check those setting in Kmanager?
also when I looked at the connector I rechecked and triple checked to make sure the sensor was wired correctly after I rewired it. and is the o2 sensor supposed to take about 5-15 seconds to start reading the afr after I turn on the car? cause it takes about that long before the digital reading will change from 10.70 to whatever the current afr is.

You can find long and short term fuel trim in the sensor list.

well it looks like the 2 black wires were still in wrong. I swapped them and boom. car runs way better. still takes a while to return to 14-15 afr when i come to a stop. and the car dies every once in a while. so I think the o2 still needs to be replaced.

ok so i replaced the primary o2 sensor. and she started right up and was running from 14-15:1 afr. i drive to the local tune shop to pick up a new part and now my car is running 16.5-18:1 afr at idle now, and dies whenever I come to a stop unless I feather the throttle alittle. WTF is going on? dont tell me my brand new o2 sensor is already messed up?

Your longterm fuel trim may be messing with your a/f.
It takes a little bit to adjust the a/f and if it is too far off you will stall before it can adjust.
Try adding fuel or read up on the long and short term fuel adjustments. Your old sensor may still be good, dont chuck it.
