When I first got my ECU back, the key light kept flashing and the car had a hard time starting/sometimes wouldn't start. After pulling the - battery cable/fiddling with the green immobilizer plug a few times the problem stopped.
Then about three weeks later it came back. I did the same thing before and after messing with it for 15-20mins the problem went away.
I know this sounds like a bad wire or something, but the problem wasn't there before I took off the immobilizer and sent it in. And I was very gentle when taking it off/unplugging it/reinstalling it etc...
Is this a problem you have encountered before? Could it be Hondata error?
Help! My honda doesn't feel as reliable as before!
