02 primary sensor problem

Well i have seen similar problems posted here but non with an answer for me.
My car ran 100% fine with no problems with the 02 sensor. then for about 6 months it threw the primary 02 slow responding code. So i figured it might be going bad. then out of the blue i drive the car one day and it throws a CEL as i pull away and i have no vtec and a crappy idle. So i check the code and it says primary wideband o2 no response. So i think to myself the sensor died. So i buy a brand new Denso one from Hybrid racing and it doesnt fix the problem. Same code no vtec.
It turns out the relay is working, all the wires are getting 12v's except the white one which is supposed to not get 12 volts right away correct? Could this be an ECU problem that has occured with the E8 output? Is the ecu all of a sudden not letting it go into closed loop?
When posting a KPro problem with your vehicle, please include:
- serial number of your K-Pro -Dont know off hand
- the calibration (as an attachment) na
- a datalog of a problem (as an attachment) na
- what sort of vehicle you have -96 ek
- what sort of ECU you are using PRB
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc). 440 injectors, blueprint cams, Rcrew harness, springs/ retainers, dtr header, Its a k20a..
Thank you in advance.
